• Veterinary care and health checkups
• Pet training and behavioral consultation
• Pet boarding and daycare services
• Pet walking and exercise services
• Emergency pet care services

3. Booking and Payments

Booking Policy

• All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Emergency services may be available subject to staff availability
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service
• Late cancellations may incur a 50% service fee
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount

4. Pet Owner Responsibilities

As a pet owner using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your pet's health, behavior, and special needs
• Ensure your pet is up-to-date with vaccinations
• Inform us of any behavioral issues or aggression
• Provide emergency contact information
• Pick up your pet at the agreed time

5. Liability and Insurance

PETSANI maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all services. However:

• We are not liable for pre-existing health conditions
• Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets
• We reserve the right to refuse service to aggressive or dangerous animals
• Emergency veterinary costs will be the responsibility of the pet owner
